People are concerned about the elections until the votes are counted, BNP Standing Committee member Gayeshwar Chandra Roy has commented.
‘Democracy is still out of reach. We want to believe that the elections will be held, but there is still a concern until the votes are counted.”
Gayeshwar Chandra made this comment at a doa mahfil organised on BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia’s 81st birthday in the city’s Nayapaltan on Friday (August 15). He said, ”Conspiracy is underway to foil the election. Leaders and activists must be alert.”
