The outgoing French Ambassador, Marie Masdupuy, paid a farewell call on BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia at her residence Firoza in Gulshan on Wednesday night.
The matter was confirmed to the media by BNP Media Cell member Shairul Kabir Khan.
BNP Standing Committee member Dr Abdul Moyeen Khan and Professor Dr AZM Zahid Hossain were also present during the meeting.
The outgoing French envoy enquired about Khaleda Zia’s health and wished her a speedy recovery.
