National Consensus Commission (NCC) convened on Thursday at its office in National Parliament Building to finalize and plan the implementation of the July National Charter 2025.

The meeting focused on reviewing the process of finalizing the charter and exploring effective ways to implement it.

Continuing discussions from the previous day, members analyzed feedback and suggestions received from political parties.

Following this review, the commission plans to consult with experts next week.
Once finalized, the charter and its implementation recommendations will be shared with political parties.

The meeting also included a re-evaluation of the charter’s linguistic accuracy.
Present at the meeting were Commission Vice-Chairman Professor Ali Riaz, members Dr. Badiul Alam Majumder, Justice Md. Emdadul Haque, Safar Raj Hossain, Dr. Md. Ayub Mia and Chief Adviser’s Special Assistant Manir Haidar.
