A Bangladesh delegation, led by Chief Adviser Muhammad Yunus, joined the “High-Level Conference on the Situation of Rohingya Muslims and Other Minorities in Myanmar” at the United Nations headquarters in New York.
The conference, which began Tuesday morning at 10:00 AM local time (8:00 PM Bangladesh time), is focused on mobilising international support and reviewing progress toward a sustainable solution to the Rohingya crisis.
Chief Adviser Yunus is scheduled to address the gathering between 9:00 PM and 9:30 PM Bangladesh time.
