Home Adviser Lieutenant General (retd) Md. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury on Thursday said the country’s overall law and order situation remains stable.
“There is no major problem. We have taken prompt action regarding minor incidents, which are under investigation and appear to be linked to a banned organization,” he told reporters at Bangladesh Secretariat.
He further said there is no cause for concern over the activities of the political party whose operations are currently prohibited.
