Aspirant candidates for the 50th BCS exams will have to apply during 4-31 December, the Public Service Commission (PSC) said in a notification   on Wednesday.

Application fees will be collected till 3 January next year, the notification read.

The preliminary exams, the first part of the three-stage examination process, will be held on 30 January, followed by the written exams on 9 April, and viva-voce on 10 August, the notification added.

The results for preliminary exams will be published on 10 February, written exams on 30 July and viva-voce on 25 November.

Under the 50th BCS batch, 1,755 candidates will be recruited as cadres and 395 others as non-cadres.
