Two specialist medical teams are scheduled to arrive in Dhaka on Wednesday to further strengthen the medical support for the ongoing treatment of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Chairperson and former prime minister Khaleda Zia at Evercare Hospital in the capital.
One of the medical teams are coming from the United Kingdom, while the other from China, BNP Standing Committee member and Khaleda Zia’s personal physician Prof Dr AZM Zahid Hossain confirmed.
On behalf of Khaleda Zia’s family and the BNP, Zahid requested the people of the country to pray for the BNP chief’s quick recovery.
