BNP changes candidates in 3 seats in Ctg

Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) has changed candidates in three seats in Chattogram in the 13th parliamentary election.

According to BNP sources, Aslam Chowdhury, a member of the party’s central executive committee, has been nominated for the Chattogram-4 (Sitakunda and part of Chattogram city) seat.

Earlier, Kazi Mohammad Salauddin was initially nominated for this seat. Meanwhile, Sayeed Al Noman has been nominated for the Chattogram-10 (Pahartali-Halishahar) seat instead of Amir Khasru.

On the other hand, Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury has been nominated for the Chittagong-11 (Bandar-Patenga) seat.

Earlier, on November 3, BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir announced the party’s candidates for 237 seats. At that time, the names of Kazi Mohammad Salauddin in Chattogram-4 constituency and Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury in Chattogram-10 constituency were announced.
