The National Citizen Party (NCP) has cancelled its pre-announced sit-in over the death of Inqilab Moncho spokesperson Sharif Osman Hadi at Shahbagh.
The party convener Nahid Islam came up with this announcement in a Facebook post on Friday noon.
”We are against all forms of violence and sabotage,” he said. Earlier on Thursday night, the NCP called his supporters to gather at Shahbagh on Friday after Jum’a prayer.
Nahid Islam added, instead, they will hold protest march at 4PM at Banglamotor.
