Main opposition BNP will hold its grand rally at its central office premises at Nayapaltan in the capital on December 10 despite the government has given its permission to hold the rally at Suhrawardy Udyan on that days.
BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi stated it on Tuesday (November 29, 2022).
Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) on Tuesday sent a letter to the BNP giving permission to hold rally at Suhrawardy Udyan in the capital on December 10 on 26 conditions.
After receiving the letter, BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi gave his reaction to the media.
Rizvi said, “We have received a letter from the DMP, but we are determined to hold our rally at our party’s central office premises at Nayapaltan in the capital on December 10.”
