Education Adviser Professor Dr. Chowdhury Rafiqul Abrar on Tuesday expressed hope that the ongoing stalemate at educational institutions across the country would soon be resolved through dialogue.
Speaking to reporters at Secretariat in the afternoon, Dr. Abrar said, “The ongoing deadlock at various institutions is unfortunate. Ministry of Education is deeply concerned and is monitoring the situation closely.”
He acknowledged that academic activities in several universities have been disrupted by unexpected incidents, which he described as “undesirable.”
“However, we believe that all issues can and will be resolved through discussions,” he added.
The adviser also assured that the ministry stands ready to provide all necessary support and cooperation to ensure a swift resolution to the crisis affecting the education sector.
