On the occasion of the nationwide celebration of “Youth Festival 2025,” Agrani Bank PLC has inaugurated its Customer Service Fortnight. The event was inaugurated on Sunday morning, October 19, at the bank’s principal branch by Md. Saeed Qutub, Additional Secretary of the Financial Institutions Division, Ministry of Finance, and Director of Agrani Bank.
Md. Anwarul Islam, Managing Director of Agrani Bank, attended the ceremony as the Special Guest. Among other distinguished attendees were Deputy Managing Directors—Tahmina Akhter, Md. Abul Bashar, and Rubana Parveen. The event was presided over by Chief General Manager (CAMELCO) Suprava Saeed, and was also attended by other General Managers, senior executives, officers, employees, customers, and students.
During the program, Chief Guest Md. Saeed Qutub, Director of Agrani Bank, called upon all members of the bank to work together to keep the country’s economy vibrant. Managing Director Md. Anwarul Islam emphasized the need for collective effort to improve the quality of customer service. In his speech, he highlighted several initiatives for students and youth, including opening accounts without deposits, providing loans to students and young entrepreneurs, and facilitating loans for outbound workers. The Customer Service Fortnight will continue until November 2.
