IFIC Bank celebrated its glorious 49th Anniversary. The celebration took place at the Multipurpose Hall of IFIC Tower, Purana Paltan, Dhaka on Wednesday, says a press release.

The ceremony was graced by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Md. Mehmood Husain, along with Independent Director Kazi Md. Mahboob Kasem, FCA, Managing Director Syed Mansur Mustafa, Deputy Managing Directors, heads of various departments from the Head Office, and other officials.

In his speech, Md. Mehmood Husain, Chairman of the Bank, expressed his heartfelt gratitude and warm greetings to all esteemed customers, shareholders, employees, and well-wishers for their contribution to IFIC’s success over the past 49 years. He stated that this remarkable achievement was made possible through the collective efforts, trust, and support of everyone. He also expressed his optimism that IFIC Bank will continue to play a vital role in the nation’s economic progress through its commitment to service, efficiency, inclusion and innovation.

Managing Director Syed Mansur Mustafa conveyed sincere appreciation to the current members of the Board for their guidance and unwavering dedication to ensuring good governance. He noted that IFIC Bank, established under a public-private partnership, now operates 1,415 branches and sub-branches with more than 6,000 skilled and dedicated employees providing accessible banking services across the country, from metros to remote rural areas.
