Bangladesh are in early trouble in their chase of 182 as they were reduced to 20 for 4 in just 6 overs against Ireland.

With 162 runs still needed off 84 balls, the required run rate is climbing, putting immense pressure on the middle order.

The top order collapsed quickly as Matthew Humphreys and Mark Adair struck early.

Tanzid Hasan was dismissed for 2, caught by Harry Tector off Humphreys, followed by Litton Das (1), Parvez Hossain Emon (1) and Saif Hassan (6) falling in quick succession.

Jaker Ali (1) and Towhid Hridoy (6) are now at the crease, tasked with rebuilding the innings.

Ireland’s disciplined bowling and sharp fielding have kept Bangladesh on the back foot, making the chase a tough challenge. Bangladesh must find a strong partnership quickly to stay in contention against a confident Irish attack.
