A doa and discussion meeting was held in Sharsha’s Bahadurpur Union praying for the quick recovery of three-time former prime minister and BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia. The programme, organised by Bahadurpur Union BNP, took place at 4:00pm on Tuesday on the premises of Bahadurpur Secondary School.

Speaking at the event, BNP leaders said, “Begum Khaleda Zia is an uncompromising leader, the mother of democracy. We pray that the Almighty grants her a swift recovery.”
Following the discussion, a special munajat was offered seeking her good health.

The event was presided over by Bahadurpur Union BNP President Master Saheb Ali, while Union BNP General Secretary Robiul Islam Robi conducted the programme.

Among others, Sharsha Upazila BNP Chief Advisor Alhaj Khairuzzaman Madhu, Upazila BNP President Abul Hasan Zahir, General Secretary Alhaj Nuruzzaman Liton, Senior Joint General Secretary Advocate Mostafa Kamal Mintu, Benapole Municipality BNP Organising Secretary Akhtaruzzaman, Vice Presidents Atikuzzaman Soni and Ahmad Ali Shahin, and Senior Vice President Sarwar Hossain addressed the gathering.
