All companions and visitors, except ticketed passengers, will be restricted for entry at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) area in the capital from 6PM on December 24 to 6PM on December 25, according to the airport authorities.
During this period, only passengers holding valid air tickets will be allowed to enter the airport premises, said a notice, signed by the Executive Director of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
The airport authority urged passengers and all concerned stakeholders to extend sincere cooperation in implementing the temporary restriction.
The restriction comes ahead of the scheduled return of BNP acting chairman Tarique Rahman on Thursday (December 25).
